Touch the Breathe999 icon, and the 999 call handler will know not only where you are exactly, but who you are - without you needing to speak. They can recognise you from your pre-registered ID, so if you are struggling to breathe, they have all the information necessary to dispatch and brief a paramedic directly. They'll stay on the line of course until medical assistance arrives.

The service is available for a subscription fee, and will be launched in the UK shortly.
